Just Row With It: Three Young Women Who Will Take on the Atlantic in 2026
our fantastic broker - Jenna vincent - has an exciting year ahead!
In December 2026, three young women Jenna Vincent, Olivia Stocks, and Meg Neely will push their 28‑foot ocean rowing boat away from the shores of La Gomera and begin a 3,000‑mile journey across the Atlantic Ocean. Together, they will form Just Row With It, a team aiming to become the youngest female trio ever to row across the Atlantic.
Their destination will be Nelson’s Dockyard, Antigua, but between the start and the finish lies one of the most extreme endurance challenges on Earth: the World’s Toughest Row.
For up to 45 days, the crew will row in relentless two‑hour shifts, day and night. They will face:
- Powerful Atlantic swells
- Scorching heat
- Sleep deprivation
- Salt sores
- Isolation
- The mental battle of thousands of miles of open water
Their boat, the Rannoch R45 Elite, an 8-meter rowing boat will be their only shelter. Equipped with solar power, navigation systems, a water‑maker, and two small cabins, it is designed to withstand the brutality of the open ocean and self‑right if capsized.
This is not simply a race. It is a test of resilience, teamwork, and absolute determination.
Meet the Crew:
Jenna Vincent
A lifelong sailor from Dorset, Jenna brings a deep love for the sea and a calm, capable presence to the team. When she isn’t training, she works at Clipper Marine in Poole, where her days are spent around boats, customers, and the marine world she loves. Her experience on the water, both professional and personal, will be invaluable during the crossing. Jenna will row in support of Forest Holme Hospice, which cared for both her grandmother and godmother, making the challenge deeply meaningful to her and her family.
Olivia Stocks
Raised in the Yorkshire countryside, Olivia found her passion for rowing at university. She will dedicate the crossing to her childhood friend Luke Stevens, rowing in support of A Shining Light, the charity created in his memory to support teenage cancer units in Leeds and Newcastle.
Meg Neely
Meg discovered rowing after recovering from spinal surgery for scoliosis, a turning point that reshaped her relationship with movement and strength. She will row for Best Mates, a Swindon‑based charity offering emotional, financial, and practical support to people facing crisis or loneliness.
Just Row With It will not only attempt a world record, they will inspire young people across the UK to take on challenges that feel impossible. Their message is simple:
You don’t have to be fearless to do something extraordinary, you just have to begin.
Now we're in to 2026, their training will intensify, their boat will take shape, and their campaign will gather momentum. And when they finally push off from La Gomera, they will carry with them the support of their communities, their charities, and everyone who believes in what they are doing.
