Yacht Broker – Swanwick Office
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Yacht Broker to be based at our Swanwick office. Experience in the marine industry is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, particularly High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), ensuring a professional and exceptional level of service.
- Represent Clipper Marine’s brand and products at the highest standard, promoting pre-owned boats to clients.
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline, from initial inquiries to closing deals.
- Provide knowledgeable and informative advice on yacht sales, products, and services.
- Support clients through the buying process, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize business opportunities and maintain a strong sales presence across the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a high-value sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships with HNWIs and offer exceptional service.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle complex sales.
- Experience working to sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- An understanding of the boating industry is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with weekend work.

Boat Cleaner / Yard Hand – Swanwick Marina
We are looking for a boat cleaner/detailer to maintain our stock of new and used power and sail boats and prepare them for handover to clients. Other duties will include helping commission new boats and help with sea trials.
Clipper Marine are exclusive distributors for the Bavaria range of luxury power and sail boats, Bali Catamarans, Greenline Yachts and Regal boats. Our clients demand perfection therefore we are looking for a perfectionist!
This position would suit an active, enthusiastic person who can work on their own initiative, alone and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be presentable and able to communicate effectively with the team and be customer-facing when necessary.
Immediate start available. Full driving licence required.

Engineer – Palma de Mallorca
Clipper Marine Spain as part of its continued expansion is looking to recruit an experienced technician to support our clients in the Balearics and mainland Spain.
We are looking for a multi skilled engineer who is capable of commissioning vessels from start to finish. Focusing mainly on but not limited to our Bavaria range of sail and motor yachts.
The ideal candidate would be a competent sailor and comfortable taking boats out on sea trials and handovers with clients.
Ideal skills required:
- GRP repairs (basic)
- Good knowledge of power and sail boat systems
- Wood work/repairs (basic)
- General repairs including tracking and fixing water leaks
- Boat handling Power and Sail (not essential but preferred)
- Rigging
- Electrical systems
- Language: English + German or Spanish (beneficial)
The role:
- Supporting vessels warranty and fitting customer upgrades in the field
- Undertaking service work
- Preparing and supporting boats at boat shows
- Ensuring vessels are left clean and presented as per our clients’ expectations
- Undertaking and managing the commissioning of new boats and any PDI inspections needed
